Good Evening,
This will be some basics from the meeting.  If you
want more specific info, please contact Secretary
Jack.  A big THANK YOU to the Senior Center for
allowing us to use the building.  It was really nice
to have a place to meet.  Only had 13 of 42 families
represented from the 2007 membership.
We signed Get Well cards, read Thank You card & Letter
from the Senior Center, Thank You letter from the
Sweetheart Picture Car Show crew, viewed this years
Kroozin Matter Park drawing, viewed club pictures and
newspaper articles, signed up for NSRA Fellow Pages
and talked about ISRA.
Rodney gave the balance on the checking account and
the only check he had written since the last report
was for the Kroozin Calendar ad.
Adam reported that he had some minor problems with the
server for the web site but otherwise all is well.  He
wants to do pictures of cars with owners this year for
the web site for all that want to be listed.  Have you
looked at the site?
Leroy passed out 2007 membership cards that can be
used for a 10% discount at our corporate sponsor,
Bill's Hot Rod Shop.  Everyone try to secure other
discounts.
AJ reported that it took approxiately $6000 plus
donations of engine and transmission parts to put on
the 2006 Kroozin Matter Park.
Registrations were taken for the April 7 Mall Show,
$10, 7am-9pm, 35 Cars from 9th Street, unless we do
not have that many that want to show.  Our show comm.
agreed to do the show if the mall would make a
contribution to our charity.  Jeff cannot guarantee
what will happen, but he is trying.
Bylaws ammendments recommended:
    1)  Article II  Section 2. Add:  Members joining
October 1 or later will be paid thru the following
year.
    2)  Article VII  Section 1.  Change: 1972 to 1979
Add: Special Interest Vehicles approved by the
membership committee.
    3)  Article II  Section 1.  Add:  Supporting
Membership is available to vehicle enthusiasts who
support the purpose of the club; but they will not
have voting privileges nor be able to display the club

Phil Morrow volunteered to Chair a Benefit Committee.
The members present collected $150 to add to $200 from
the club and $50 from a Grace Community Church Sunday
School Class.  We voted to give $200 to Jim & Jodi
Zerby and $200 to April Hawkins from seven needy
families that were reported.  Jim had a stroke and
lost his eyesight.  April has 2 children and has
terminal stomach cancer.
Rodney Wardwell has declined nomination for the 2007
election.  Art Faust was nominated for treasurer.
Rodney suggested that we purchase a PO Box for the
club

Hey Guys
Check out this club, it's just a bunch car guys with
every kind of machine you can think of. It's only a
dollar a month and you get a magazine called Street
Thunder every couple of months. Check it out the web
site is www.streetmachineclub.com  . There trying to
setup a get together at Rosies Diner outside of
 Rockford, Michigan, May 26, 2007.

Here is a note from Judy Stroud.
I was a member and be sure to keep all the paper
work from all the items they
send you following each item is a bill and you must
 send the card back with
the item or you pay for each item sent to you.  I
 got tired of the returns.

Hi Gangsters,
Looks like we will not need a February meeting for the
elections.  The only nomination that we have is Artie
Faust for treasurer and Rodney Wardwell has asked to
be relieved.
We can still get together!  Give me a date and a
location!
We still have spots in the mall for the show on April
7.  45 members have renewed for 2007.  Jerry has
sponsors, door prizes, crafters coming in  and we have
pre-entries started.  If you do not have show fliers,
we will have them Saturday and if you are not there
Saturday, just get them from someone.  We also have
fliers for the Contours.
I will call Wabash tomorrow and let them know that we
have 34 coming for dinner so they can order the food.
Glad that I am not cooking!
Earl, what is your address?  Your card came back.
Everyone drive carefully and we will see you Saturday.
Love & Prayers,
Leroy & Anna Marie
